A Chattanooga native, Maggie Behringer went to law school to study housing law and work with the unhoused.

Maggie graduated magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College and earned a Masters in Fine Arts from West Virginia University. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where she interned with Inner City Law Center and Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County and participated in the Shriver Landlord Tenant Clinic and the Ninth Circuit Appellate Clinic.

Outside of the office, she loves traveling with friends, hanging out with her dog, Peter, and cat, Patrick, and cooking and baking.
