Sara is currently pursuing her master's degree in social work from Lancaster Bible College in Pennsylvania. Sara holds two bachelor's degrees- Biblical Studies and Community Development- from Nashville Bible College.

With years of experience working with families and youth through after-school programs, community outreach initiatives, and English Language Learner (ELL) classes, Sara is dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations, particularly immigrant families and youth. She focuses on advocacy, empowerment, and compassionate care. Prior to joining RRTN, Sara worked for Catholic Charities as a Refugee Youth Program Coordinator and as a case manager at Mental Health Cooperative.

Outside of work, Sara loves reading her bible, volunteering, working out, learning new languages, and finding the best coffee shops wherever she goes.
